All's well that ends well

“You do not need to be smart nor gifted to be successful… and one may ask: what do we need then? It is one word… one word that makes the whole difference; one word that you are the only person who can give to yourself, nobody else and it is EFFORT, whatever you are not good at, with the right amount of EFFORT you eventually become good at it”. Abdeldjalil Bouzenoun is a sponsored doctoral researcher by the Algerian Government, an associate lecturer, a student mentor, and a volunteer interpreter based in the school of Education at the University of The West of Scotland, United Kingdom.
